Come join Dreaming Out Loud for a relaxing and rejuvenating day of yoga classes and spa treatments! There will be two yoga classes taught by instructor Courtney Bailey. Classes are open to all levels of experience ($15 per class).

First class: 9:30am
Second class: 11:00am

You will also be pampered with a series of relaxing, soothing and high quality manicures, pedicures and facials provided by certified estheticians. Be reminded how important it is to make time for yourself! ($10 per treatment).

Complimentary healthy snacks will be provided by Aziza Wholistic Wellness.

We are going to continue the success of the summer edition of Project Dream Green and keep the momentum rolling into the fall. During the summer 72 young people helped maintain and improve miles and miles of trail in our national parks, distribute CFL bulbs and more. Working with four public charter high schools in Ward 7 we will continue to help young people improve the environment, the community and themselves!
